History

Top Global is founded on delivering specialist construction works and value added services to public and private clients especially in waterproofing, thermal insulation, and re-roofing. Headquartered in Singapore since 1980 and listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2001, we remain the only public listed company specializing in waterproofing and roofing in Singapore. Building on this core strength, the Group diversified into project management consultancy and general construction services of addition and alteration, and upgrading works in the 1990s and ventured overseas into environmental enginnering in the new millennium.

The Group entered into a new era of ownership and management end April 2006 pursuant to a share sale and purchase agreement between past and present owners. Under the new stewardship, we moved forward by consolidating our base and capitalizing on our present strengths to venture into related frontiers.

Like a raintree, the Group will have a strong base capable of withstanding adverse economic conditions and from which new growth opportunities can sprout.
