Software Developer / IT Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance products & software solutions, to meet the fast-changing market needs and expectations
- Automate and streamline business processes through solutions development
- Conduct solutions quality assurance testing based on given test plans
- Provide technical support
- Deep level analysis, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in multiple application
- Unit testing on programs developed or maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology and/or Degree in Computer Science from recognized institution
- Experience in Property Management System preferred
- Minimum one year of solutions development experience
- Good working knowledge in SQL & MySQL Database
- Experience in Hybird Mobile App Development (iOS/Android Devices) would be a big advantage
- Experience in Vuejs, HMTL, CSS, VB.Net, Python, Java, MVC C# Devexpress
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare full set of accounts including GL, AR and AP
- Consolidation experience will be an added advantage
- Prepare audit schedules and coordinate year end audit
- Processing payments and billings
- Preparation and submission of GST and other periodic tax returns
- Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
- Other adhoc duties, assignment and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in accountancy or ACCA equivalent
- At least 1 to 2 years working experience in similar role
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable to work in fast-pace environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, pro-active and diligent
HR and Admin Executive
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource duties including but not limited to the following :
- Manage the recruitment process and work closely with department heads for the hiring needs
- Manage and handle all matters related to employment and governing authority- MOM, CPF, WDA, IRAS
- Manage monthly payroll including overtime, allowances and timely submission of payment ,forms or claims such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, government claims filing
- Compile monthly payroll reports to Finance department
- Administer the timely updating of leave application and records
- Administer employee performance review, promotion, transfer, annual increment, bonus and terminations
- Coordination of training programs and activities to enhance employees’ skill sets
- Update employees on benefits and policies through communication sessions , emails and memos
- Conduct inquiries on employee related disputes or misconduct
- Implementing HR-related initiatives, take part in ad-hoc projects and organise events for the Company
- Manage employee personnel files and HR documentation
- Provide reporting to management as and when required
Responsible for the administrative duties including but not limited to the following:
- General office administration, handling incoming calls, emails and requisitions of office/pantry supplies
- Manage the director’s appointment calendars and claims
- Provide secretarial support to the company's senior executives such as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
